Default value / Possible value
Default measurement value λr
Measurement value for heat conductivity, which can be derived without additional verification management
Default value of the λdesign,mas
Measurement value for heat conductivity for masonry, which can be derived without additional verification management.
The normative specified default values must e.g. be used as part of the energy credential creation as measurement values without any additional verification. They allow product-neutral relatively secure calculation, both for new construction as well as existing buildings. The additional specified possible measurement values are values currently attainable on the market.
Lower measurement values than the default values can be obtained but must be verified. This also applies for data sets for which no possible measurement value is specified. Based on the continual further development of construction products, even lower measurement values for heat conductivity may be used than those possibly specified, provided the required verification exists.
