description relevant product categories

explanation

Composites are building materials made from at least two different constituent materials that are fully bonded over the entire surface and cannot be separated manually. As a rule, they are difficult to reuse and often, only low-level disposal is possible. [Zwiener 2006]

minimum requirement

Vapour barriers and wind barriers must consist of either renewable materials (e.g. paper) or a single type of plastic. Additives from other materials are admissible up to a maximum content of 10% w/w.
