Substances, that are lethal or toxic when swallowed (oral), inhaled or resorbed through skin (dermal) must not be contained in substances, mixtures or products.

 
minimum requirement

No substances may be contained, which in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation), must be labelled with the following H-phrases
