Smart product release tool for construction sites

The new baubook online product manager simplifies ecological product management for various building certifications. All parties involved work together in the online tool. All data is stored in it: Product certificates via baubook, individual product certificates, processes contact persons and release status.

As part of building certification programmes, the products used in a building project must be submitted and approved. The online tool supports the responsible person in this task. On a simple web interface, the products are recorded by the executing trades and submitted for inspection. With the tool, the products can be approved directly or, if they do not meet the requirements, rejected. In the online product manager, alternatives to non-approved products that are already listed and validated in the baubook database can be selected directly. This ensures immediate verification and no further verification documents are necessary. If a product used is not listed in the baubook database, it can be entered manually. For this purpose, the necessary documents can be added directly and released there after verification. All participants are involved and can see the current status of their trade and the submitted products. The released product lists can be sent automatically. The export of completed lists in XLS format is also possible.

All trades and products, the persons involved and the desired catalogue of criteria on baubook according to which certification is to be carried out can be entered. In this way, the overview is maintained and the verification is easily comprehensible for all those involved.
